About Us

Hartford Hall Hotel, a 17th century nunnery and former manor house, has been sympathetically updated and retains many original features including oak beams and open fires. Located in 3 and a half acres of Cheshire countryside this Marstons Inn is conveniently located between Chester and Manchester, allowing easy access to Manchester Airport (20 minutes drive). The Inn comprising of 20 en-suite rooms, all equipped with modern facilities including flat screen tv, is located in an adjacent block. Full English breakfast is included in our room rate and is cooked freshly to your order and served in the main pub from 7am til 9am Monday to Friday (8am til 10am weekends). Our function rooms can accommodate small groups for a range of occasions including weddings (we have civil licence for marriage)- buffet menus and room hire available on request. Our menu offers a wide range of options from bar snacks and sandwiches, sizzling steaks, through to the full home-made Sunday roast (best accompanied by a pint of one of our guest ales!). With a daily choice of freshly cooked specials, including fresh fish dishes, we are sure you’ll find lots of reasons to visit Hartford Hall! Real Ale and Real Food in a Real pub! Function Rooms

The Hartford Hall offers function room, holding a maximum of 50 guests for a buffet. If you would like more details regarding hiring our function room, or would just like to take a look, please give us a call to discuss your needs. The Hartford Hall also offers a meeting meeting room, holding a maximum of 25 guests.
